Implementation is delivered through a series of managed stages and workshops providing the team with a clear, concise and auditable record of project activities, resource requirements and constraints as well as their ongoing status. Project controls are used throughout to manage change and ensure that the delivery process is communicated to the project team, and that progress is transparent to all stakeholders.

Stage 1 - Install and plan

BC Projects works out of the box. We install your private instance in our managed data centre and plan the delivery with your team against your project and business needs.

Stage 2 - Configure and train

We configure the areas important to you and your project, then train you to capture, collaborate and control project information more effectively.

Stage 3 - Handover and support

Unlike other vendors, BC consultants remain engaged, to ensure the initial project is mobilised and your BC Projects is successfully handed over.

BC Enterprise+

As you mature in your digital information capabilities, BC's solution can flex to fit your requirements, offering the smartest choice for team collaboration and construction information control. If you’re investing in technology, don’t forget it’s mainly about the people and process, and our consultants have many years’ experience working across all construction related sectors. We advise on best practice for your project or business, and how to encourage user adoption.

Stage 1 - Install and plan

Establish the working group with the project manager to plan roll-out, determining milestones and checkpoints.

Stage 2 - Discover and analyse

Discuss current business processes and challenges, and identify requirements to deliver a successful implementation. Agree the project outcomes and expected business benefits, then identify early adopter projects.

Stage 3 - Design

Further define your requirements, taking into consideration; standards, filing protocols and collaboration needs within, and outside of the business. Review the best options for rollout and whether to use a phased approach.

Stage 4 - Configure and build

This is the primary delivery stage during which your solution will be developed and configured. Regular reviews during this stage will enable fine-tuning and so lead to a better solution for you. Our consultants also assist with Go Live planning.

Stage 5 - Deploy

We work with you to ensure the solution is deployment ready. This will typically include a pilot or first adopter deployment to ensure your organisation is ready and enabled to utilise the new solution, with post deployment consultancy support if required.

Stage 6 - Review

Undertake post go-live reviews and handover. The internal project team will hold regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Once the initial implementation is complete, the solution will be owned by your own system administration team (for business-as-usual usage), supported by BC's support and account management teams.
